Our story
Sungnye Dodam is a Korean restaurant at 14 Sejong-daero 18-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul (Donghwa Building, 1–2F), in Bukchang-dong. The kitchen cooks bossam, kimchi-jjim, jeon, and nakji-bokkeum.

A careful meal
Order what the table can finish; leftovers are packed on request. If the food is good, tell a neighbour. If it is not, tell the owner.

Food
Pork belly bossam with kimchi and ssam. Kimchi-jjim of aged kimchi and pork shoulder. Daepa-jeon fried crisp. Nakji-bokkeum when the table wants heat.

Makgeolli
Unjeong, Yesan apple Golmok, Pocheon hangari, and other bottles. On weekday lunch, self-serve makgeolli comes with cooking and set orders. Soju and bottled beer as well. Corkage is free for one bottle; extra bottles ₩20,000.

The building
Donghwa Building, 1st and 2nd floors. From City Hall Station Exit 7, about two minutes on foot. Shared seating. Group dining needs a reservation.
